1. Catch the Tokaido Line (JR East) from Yokohama to Shinagawa.
2. Change at Shinagawa to the Yamanote Line to go to Yurakucho.
3. Change at Yurakucho to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line to go to Tatsumi.
