1. Catch the Joban Line from Mito to Kita-Senju.
2. Change at Kita-Senju to the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line to go to Hibiya/Yurakucho.
3. Change at Yurakucho to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line to go to Tatsumi.
4. Once you’re at Tatsumi station, follow the walking directions here.
