1. Catch the Chibatoshi-Monorail from Chiba to Chibaminato.
2. Change at Chibaminato to the Keiyo Line (Rapid)to go to Shin-Kiba.
3. Change at Shin-Kiba to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line to go to Tatsumi.
4. Once you’re at Tatsumi station, follow the walking directions here.
